Tarte au Sucre Recipe

  Canadian Pies

Ingredients:
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Mix brown sugar, cream, and flour together in a mixing bowl until smooth. Pour the filling into unbaked pie crust
Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
