Sweet Potatoe & Butternut Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
Sweet Potato, Butternut peeled and cubed.
1 pkt brown soup mix.
half cup butter/mar, melted.
1 cup water.

Directions:
Veggy into casserole dish (no lid).
Mix melted butter, soup and water, pour over veg. Place in over for 1 hour @ 180 F (medium), center of oven. Use enough veg for 4/6 people.
When cooked, can either be served immediately, or cover and leave on the side until ready to eat.

Delicous! Can be served at a braii (bar-b-q), main meal, or side dish.
