Lemon Jello Bundt Recipe | |

Ingredients:
IngredientsCake ~ 1 yellow or lemon cake mix 4 eggs ¾ c. oil 1 sm. package lemon gelatin 1 c. hot water 1 T. lemon juice or ½ t. lemon extract (if yellow cake mix used) Glaze ~ 1 c. confectioners' sugar ½ t. lemon extract 1 T. water
Directions:
Cake ~ Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix, oil, gelatin mix, and hot water, then add eggs one at a time. Add lemon juice or extract. Bake in well-greased and floured tube or bundt pan at 350 for 40 - 45 minutes or until cake springs back when pressed and toothpick or straw inserted is dry when removed. Glaze when still slightly warm or dust with confectioners' sugar. Glaze ~ Mix ingredients until smooth and spoon over cake. |
