Baby back ribs Recipe | |
Pork | |
Ingredients:
RibsSalt Pepper Rib rub or Meat Tenderizer BBQ sauce
Directions:
Salt and pepper the racks of ribs on both sides. Sprinkle with rib rub or meat tenderizer as well.Be careful not to over-salt the ribs. Wrap each rack seperately in tin foil that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Place ribs in oven on 350 for 2 1/2 or 3 hours. Remove from oven and place on a preheated grill on medium-high heat. Baste with BBQ sauce and grill just until the sauce has baked on well. My aunt introduced me to these and I never thought that I liked ribs until I had hers. They are so delicious and make such a great presentation for a crown.
(just an FYI, we usually buy ribs at SAMS. You can get 3 racks for about $20 ish. Great deal!)
