zucchini and tomato soup Recipe

  Belgian Soup

for 2 liters soup:
2 rather big zucchinis (green or yellow or one of each)
1 liter water
2 vegetable bouillon cubes
a bit of salt and pepper
chili van maderra (3 ml)
4 tomatoes without skin

chop the zucchini in blocks as well as the tomatoes
bring water to boil with bouillon cubes.
Cook zucchini and tomatoes until they are soft but not mushy
add spices.

take the pan out of the fire.

Put mixture in blender and blend !
