White Chocolate Fudge Cake Recipe | |

Ingredients:
Butter Cake mixingredients as listed on packet 250 gram packet white choc bits 300ml bottle of thickened cream
Directions:
Make cake mix as directed on the packet. Add 1/2 cup of thickened cream to the mix also add 1/2 cup melted white chocolate, mix well.Pour into greased springform cake tin. Bake in a moderate oven for up to 1 hour untill set.Note: melt choc bits in a dry glass dish in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes @ 3/4 power, stir @ 1 minute then, 30 seconds heating til melted. Ice with white chocolate Ganache: 1/2 cup white choc bits or (remaining packet) 2 Tablespoons thickened cream Melt together as above: see note Pour over cake: can be done while cake is warm. Also nice with dark choc bits instead of white chocolate.
This is a simple recipe but is very moist and very nice.
It is part of a recipe book I am writing. I hope you enjoy it. I am sorry I don't know the American weight equivalent so I put cup measurements to make it easier. kind regards Tess G.
