Tzatziki Recipe

  Greek Dips

Ingredients:
1 liter of yogurt ( or 1/2 liter of sour cream )
2 medium cucumbers
4-6 cloves of garlic
1-2 tablespoon of good olive oil
Salt
2 tablespoon of chop fresh fennel leaf ( facultative )

Directions:
Put the yogurt in a cheese cloth bag to drain overnite ( For thickning )
or if you are in a rush use sour cream

Peel, seed and coarsely grate the cucumbers

Finely grate the garlic

Mix all the ingredients ( The salt is really important because it blend the taste of the ingredients to the sauce )

For a variation of the original recipe use fennel leaf
