Tofu Sesame Dressing Recipe | |

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons white sesame seeds 1 block (10 ounces) firm tofu, drained 1 tablespoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar (optional)
Directions:
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet or on a microwave plate until golden and beginning to pop, about to 4 minutes, Cool, then grind in a food processor, mortar with pestle, or handheld sesame seed grinder.Place the tofu, sugar, salt, and ground sesame seeds in a food processor. Process until smooth. Stir in the vinegar, if using. Use right away. The dressing may he refrigerated for up to 1 week. Makes 1 1/4 cups
