Curried Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 rib chops
1 cup brandy
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon heavy cream
2 tablespoons warm vegetable stock

Directions:
Heat the butter and oil in a pan, add the chops and cook, turning occasionally, until browned all over. Add the brandy and cook until it is evaporated. Combine the curry powder, cream and stock in a bowl and add to the pan. Cover and shimmer for 15-20 minutes. Transfer to a warm serving dish.
Serves 4
