Fried Alligator Recipe

  Cajun Game

Ingredients:
Aligator cut in thin strips(fat removed)
Bottled Italian Dressing(any brand)
Mustard (any flavor)
Flour
Tony Chachere's Seasoning
(or other preferred season all product)
Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Marinate alligator in italian dressing for 12 hours.

Heat oil to 350 d.

Mix flour with Tony's seasoning in a ziplock plastic bag. Drain alligator meat, dredged in mustard, place in ziplock with flour mixture. Coat well. Shake off excess flour and fry until golden brown.
