Ingredients:
1 cup Borden non such mincemeat 1 egg, beaten 1 cup walnuts (coarsely chopped) 3/4 cup flour 1 cup (8 oz.) mixed candied fruit, chopped 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/3 cups (15 oz. can) Eagle's brand sweetened condensed milk
Directions:
Combine mincemeat, nuts, candied fruit, condensed milk and egg. Stir in flour and baking soda. Pour into greased loaf pan lined with wax paper. Grease the wax paper, too. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours (for a glass pan) or 350 degrees for 45 minutes (for a metal pan.) |
