Pimiento Butter Recipe

Ingredients:
4 Ounce Jar Sliced pimientos, drained
1 tablespoon anchovy paste
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)

Directions:
In a blender container or food brocessor bowl, combine pimientos, anchovy paste and garlic. Cover and blend or process until pimientos are pureed and mixture is smooth. Stir mixture into softened butter.
