Mom's Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
2 pounds potatoes (about 8 medium), sliced thin
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1/4 c minced onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 c milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Alternate layers of potatoes, green pepper, onion, salt and pepper in greased 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Mix milk and soup, pour over potatoes. Cover and bake at 350F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours (when potatoes are almost done remove cover and finish baking).
