Korean Salad Recipe

  Salad

Ingredients:
1 lb. bag of fresh spinach (or lettuce)
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can bean sprouts, drained
4-5 sliced fresh mushrooms
6-10 slices bacon, fried crisp, then crumbled
4 hard-boiled eggs, grated

DRESSING:
1 c. vegetable oil
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
1 Tbsp. worcesterchire
salt to taste
1 medium onion, grated

Directions:
Toss salad ingredients together. Add dressing just before serving or serve on the side
LOVE this salad. My favorite! Hope you enjoy!
