Pear Mimosas Recipe

  Brunch

Ingredients:
Fresh ripe pear [Asian or D'Anju]
Kern's Pear Nectar [best if chilled]
Champagne

Directions:
Use a pear slicer or slice your pear into thin wedges. Put one wedge in bottom of champagne glass. Add about 1-2 T. of pear nectar. Fill the rest of the glass with champagne. Float another pear slice on top.
