Ingredients:
1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon basil 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 3 lbs tenderloin beef
Directions:
1. Mix all the spices together well. 2. Rub into the tenderloin. 3. Place on rack in a roasting pan. 4. Bake at 400 F for 45 minutes----rare; 60 minutes---medium rare; 65 minutes---medium; 73 minutes---well done. 5. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. 6 servings
