Ingredients:
Crust: 1 cup butter, barely softened; 2 cups flour; 1/3 cup powdered sugar; dash salt
Topping: 4 eggs, 2 cups sugar, 1/4 cup flour, 1/3 cup lemon juice, lemon zest to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For crust: Combine sugar, flour and salt. Cut in butter. Pat onto bottom of greased 13 x 9 baking. Bake 7-10 minutes. For topping: Beat eggs. Blend in sugar and flour. Add juice and zest. Pour over crust. Bake about 20 minutes or until set. When cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

It's been awhile since I've made these, and I submitted the recipe from memory. Hope everything is correct and that if you choose to try them they turn out great!
