Steamed Salmon with Aioli Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic - minced; 2 egg yolks; extra virgin olive oil; squeeze lemon juice; salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Beat yolks vigorously, then stir in the garlic. Gradually add oil in a thin stream - beating constantly until light and creamy. Season, stir in some lemon juice. Refridgerate. Should resemble mayonnaise but tastes so great slathered over salmon.
Probably a bit fattening, but steaming salmon must balance it out...
Good also as a dip for crusty bread.
