MEXICAN HOT CHOCOLATE Recipe | |

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons sugar 3 tablespoons cocoa 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (or to taste) 2 1/3 cups milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, cocoa and cinnamon in a small, heavy-duty saucepan; gradually stir in milk. 2. Warm over medium heat, stirring constantly, until hot (do not boil). 3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. 4. Beat with wire wisk until frothy. 5. Serve. Makes 3 servings. |
