Mustard Glazed Carrots Recipe | |

Ingredients:
2 lbs. carrots1 tsp. salt 3 TBSP. butter 3 TBSP. prepared mustard 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Directions:
Peel the carrots and slice into thin strips around two inches long. Longer is okay too.Cook in salted water covered until just tender. Check at 5 minutes. In a small saucepan cook the butter, mustard and brown sugar until syrupy, 3 minutes. Pour over carrots and simmer for 5 minutes. Plate, and add the parsley just before serving. Serves 6 |
