Chicken Fajitas-Marinade Recipe

  Mexican Sauces

Ingredients:
I marinate my chicken in the following:
1/4 CUP LIME JUICE
1/4 CUP SOY SAUCE
1/2 CUP ITALIAN DRESSING
2 Cloves Crushed Garlic
1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 oz. Brandy or Sherry (Optional)

Directions:
Marinate Chicken Breasts for at least two hours. Char-Grill. Brush Marinade over skewered vegetables (Red and Green Sweet Bell Pepper, Mushrooms, Onions, etc.) and grill on charcoal along with the Chicken. Serve with Warmed flour tortillas, guacamole, sour cream, and tomato salsa.
