Corn Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 Tbls. margarine
2 Tbls. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
pepper to taste
3/4 cup milk
1 can whole corn - drained
1 egg - slightly beaten

Directions:
Fry onion in margarine till translucent.
Add flour, salt, sry mustard and pepper and cook.
Remove from heat and add milk, return to heat & bring to a boil and continue for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add drained corn and egg.
Place in oven safe dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350 for 20 - 30 minutes.
