Brunswick Stew Recipe

  Stew

Ingredients:
1/2 lb. onion - chopped
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbls. hot sauce (more or less to taste)
3 ozs. vinager
1 6oz. can tomato paste
1 cup barbacue sauce
1 can creamed corn
1 lb. cooked potatoes - slightly mashed
1 chicken - cooked and diced
2 - 3 cups water

Directions:
Fry onions in margarine.
Add other ingredients except potatoes, chicken and water; cook 30 minutes. You may need to add a small amount of water to prevent sticking.
Add potatoes and chicken; cook 15 minutes.
Add water 2 - 3 cups as nessesary and cook 1 - 2 hours.
Also you can sub pork for the chicken
A very spicey and thick stew.
