Sour Cream Apple Pie Recipe | |

Ingredients:
5 lg tart apples1 pastry-lined 9 pie pan 1 Tbls. lemon juice 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/3 cup flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 cup butter or margarine 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
Directions:
Peel and cut apples into thick slices. Arrange slices in overlapping rows in pastry-lined pie pan; sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; cut in butter until crumbly; spoon over apples. Spread sour cream over top. Bake in 350 F oven 50 to 55 minutes until apples are tender. |
