Fried Morles Recipe

  Appetizer

Ingredients:
Fresh Morels
sifted flour
beaten eggs (depends on quantity of mushrooms)
salt and pepper
optional "Japanese" bread crumbs
Canola oil for frying

Directions:
Slice morels in half lengthwise, rinse, may soak in salted water to remove any "potential critters", rinse again, pat dry, dredge in flour, then in beaten eggs, again in flour, or optional bread crumbs, fry in moderately hot oil till lightly brown or golden, enjoy, ps they do not hold for long..or email the fresh ones to kgorski@cibola.net...........salt and pepper to taste.
