Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, mashed1 cucumber, seeded,sliced thinly, and drained 1/2 pint plain yogurt, drained 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil Juice of half a lemon 1/2 tsp. fresh dill 1/2 tsp. fresh mint salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine garlic, cumcumber and yogurt in blender. Add remaining ingredients. Store in refrigerator until ready to serveTsatziki can also be made by thinly slicing cucumber and garlic rather than putting the ingredients through a blender. Delicious served on toasted pita bread wedges, Gyros and or a salad dressing.
