Brussels Sprouts, Seasoned Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb. brussels sprouts
1 red bell pepper
black pepper
1 small bottle nonfat italian salad dressing

Directions:
Use fat free dressings to coat the vegetables & then "blacken" them in a hot frying pan.
Also, bits of red pepper add flavor.
Or
Steam Brussels sprouts, cut them in half, coat them in fat free Italian dressing, and throw 'em in a frying pan with red bell peppers & black
pepper.
