Slow Cooked Pork Ribs Recipe

Ingredients:
boneless country-style pork ribs
garlic salt
onion powder
pepper

Directions:
Place ribs in a single layer in a baking pan. Sprinkle liberally with garlic salt, onion powder, and pepper. Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 6 to 8 hours.
It is important to leave the fat on the ribs when you bake them-trimming the ribs will make them dry. You can make this with or without the spices; I have found the meat has a better flavor if it is salted (plain salt or garlic salt) before cooking.
I don't know if this is similar to Oprah's recipe, but everyone I have made this for has raved about how delicious it is. It also freezes well-great for a quick meal on a busy day.
