Ingredients:
-3 1/2 c. flour-2 c. sugar -5 T. cocoa -2 t. baking soda -1 t. salt -1 t. cinnamon -1 c. vegetable oil -2 t. vinegar -2 t. vanilla -2 c. water (or coffee)
Directions:
Sift first six ingredients into a large bowl. Then add last four ingredients. Beat well. Pour into lightly greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 F for 35-45 minutes. Two 9-inch layers will bake in less time. | |
