Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

  Dips

Ingredients:
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 pkg. (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons chopped tomato

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients except tomato. Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.Bake 30-35 minutes, or until lightly browned. To serve, transfer to hollowed-out bread round, if desired. Sprinkle with tomato. Serve with crackers or pita-bread triangles.

MICROWAVE: Mix all ingredients except tomato. Spoon into 9-inch microwave-safe pie plate. Microwave on medium (50 percent) 7 to 9 minutes, or until mixture is hot, stiring every 4 minutes. Stir before serving. Sprinkle with tomato. Serve as directed. Makes 24 servings.
