Chocolate Tapioca Pudding Recipe | |

Ingredients:
3 squares bakers semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped 1/3 cup Splenda 3 Tbls. Minute Tapioca 3 cups skim milk 1 egg, well beaten 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Mix chocolate, sugar, tapioca, milk and egg in medium saucepan. Let stand 5 minutes.Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full boil. (Pudding thickens as it cools.) Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Cool 20 minutes; stir. Serve warm or chilled note - if you aren't concerned with sugar you may sub regular sugar for splenda. If you do sub regular sugar use same amount as the splenda. |
