Ingredients:
skirt steak cut thin,butterfly if necessarylemon juice crushed garlic pepper oregano
Directions:
Marinate it in lots of lemon juice, crushed garlic, pepper and oregano for a day or two. Grill it on the bar-b-que. It should be fairly well done---this is not great rare! Serve with very fresh(preferably homemade)flour tortillas, salsa(homemade is also best) and beans(again homemade!). | |
