Baked Pumpkin Donuts Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour 1 3/4 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. allspice 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup shortening 1 egg - beaten 1/4 cup milk 1/2 cup canned pumpkin *topping* 1/4 cup margarine - melted 1 1/3 cup sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Sift together the dry ingredients. Add the sugar. Mix in rest of ingredients and blend well. Fill greased cupcake pans 2/3 full and bake at 350 F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans and roll immediately in melted butter and then in the topping. |
