Asparagus Frittata Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups 1% milk
1 tsp. salt
1 box (10 oz.) Birds Eye frozen Deluxe Asparagus Spears, thawed
1/2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400.
Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Add milk and salt; blend thoroughly.
Pour mixture into 9 x 13 in. Pam sprayed baking pan; add asparagus.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes or until firm.
