Cheese Potato Casserole Recipe | |

Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes1/2 cup half & half 8 ounces sour cream 1/4 teaspoon pepper 4 ounces Cheddar Cheese; shredded 2 tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon salt paprika
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 30 minutes. Cool, peel and grate potatoes. Combinecheese, half & half, and butter in a small saucepan; slow heat until melted. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream, salt and pepper. Add cheese mixture to potatoes. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. |
