Ingredients:
2# hamburger1 med onion 1 pkg taco seasoning 2/3 c water 1 can drained corn 1 can nacho cheese soup 1 pkg tater tots
Directions:
brown hamburger, drain, add onion and cook to translucent. Add package of taco seasoning and water. Heat through. Stir in corn and soup. Layer hamburger mixture in 9x13 cake pan. Line tater tots to cover top. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.spoon onto plate. Great with tortillas on side.
beans may also be used or added as another vegetable
