Marinade for flank steak (or any kind) Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce1/2 cup white wine 2 garlic cloves 1 inch piece of ginger, cut fine
Directions:
Mix together and pour over the steak.(I have used it with chicken too.)Let it marinade for at least two hours turning at least once. Barbque or broil until done to your likeness, brushing on the marinade to keep the meat from drying out. If you use flank steak, cut it on a 45 degree angle before serving.My family loves this marinade.
