Cheesy Bacon Spinach Quiche Recipe | |

Ingredients:
eggs1 1/2 cup cream 1 tablespoon minced onion 1 cup frozen spinach -- cooked and drained 3 strips bacon -- crumbled 4 ounces colby cheese -- in chunks 4 ounces swiss cheese -- in chunks
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a pie pan with butter-flavorPam (or whatever flavor you like). Arrange spinach on bottom of pie pan and crumble bacon over spinach. Sprinkle minced onion over spinach and bacon. Spread cheese chunks over spinach, bacon and onion. Beat eggs and cream and pour over the top of everything. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes, until top is golden and eggs are cooked through. Cool for a few minutes before eating. 1577 Calories; 125g Fat (71.0% calories from fat); 95g Protein;
