Ingredients:
4 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons cinnamon 2 cups sugar 4 eggs, beaten 1 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup sour cream 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 cups apples, Chopped 1 cup nuts, Chopped
Directions:
1 Preheat oven to 350 deg F. (325 F for dark pans).2 Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and set aside. 3 Combine sugar, eggs, oil, sour cream and vanilla, beating well. 4 Blend into flour mixture. 5 Fold in apples and nuts and pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. 6 Bake 1 hour or until loaves test done. Makes 2 loaves. |
