Ingredients:
1 arm or chuck roast3 cloves minced garlic 2 T. oil 1cup Coke 1-1/4 teaspoon salt 1 Tablespoon vinegar 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
Directions:
Pierce meat several times, on both sides.Sauti garlic in oil. Add rest of ingredients, and bring to a boil. Cool. Pour over the meat and marinate, turning occasionally, for 24 hours. Remove meat, pat with paper towel, and grill, about 45 minutes. ***I always make a double batch of the marinade because we like the meat to be sliced thin, and then pour the marinade over it. If there's any meat left, reheat in the marinade. ***I use a heavy, zippered, plastic bag to marinate it. |
