Sara's Fresh Shrimp Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients:
3 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup minced shallots
1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 1/2 pounds fresh shrimp in shells
Salt and pepper to taste
12 ounces spaghetti

Directions:
Melt the butter in saucepan. Add shallots and garlic; saute until translucent. Stir in cream, chili sauce, and parsley; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add shrimp and cook until pink and thoroughly heated. Season with salt and pepper. Cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water following package directions; drain.

Place spaghetti on heated serving platter. Spoon shrimp and sauce on top, and serve.
