Imp's Baked Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

Ingredients:
2 c uncooked elbow macaroni
= c butter or margarine
12 oz yellow cheddar, shredded
4 oz shredded Mozareela
5 c milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat to 350:F.
Layer mac, butter and cheeses in order given in 9 x 13 baking dish.
Pour milk over top.
Bake one hour uncovered.
Cover at the end of the baking time if it is getting to brown.



Notes from Imp- you can experiment with different cheeses. I cut the recipe in half and cooked it in an 8 or 9 inch square pan and it worked perfectly. I only used a couple of tbsp butter and that was plenty.
