Ingredients:
ingredients~~1 stick margerine 11/2 cups brown sugrar well packed 3 regs well beaten 21/2 cups flour 2 teaspons baking powde 1 cup chopped wallnuts =cuteaspoon baking soda 1 cup fresh crushed pineapple (drained) 2 cups grated raw carrots 2 teaspoons vanilla > cup currants 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
Cream the margerine.Add the brown sugar and eggs, mix well. Then addd the flour baking powder and baking soda. mix again well, then add wallnuts pineapple, carrots, vanilla, currants, cinnamon. Blend well and bake in an 8"x 12" baking dish for 45 minutes. SErve warm with light cream.
