Ingredients:
1/3 cup black pepper 1/4 cup coriander powder 1/4 scant cup cinnamon 1/4 scant cup clove, ground 1/3 cup cumin 2 teaspoons cardamom, ground 1/4 cup nutmeg, ground 1/2 cup paprika, ground 1/3 cup turmeric - ground
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Keep what you are going to use in a spice jar, and freeze the rest in plastic baggies. It stays much fresher this way. You can either use ground spices from the store or buy whole spices and grind them at home - a coffee grinder works great. Yield: 2 cups |
