Ingredients:
Baharat2 T. freshly ground black pepper 1 T. ground coriander 1 T. ground cloves 2 T. ground cumin 1/2 t. ground cardamom 2 t. grated nutmeg 1/4 t. ground cinnamon
Directions:
Put all into a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake. This makesabout 1/2 cup and will keep for about 1 year. |
