Chinese Chicken Salad Recipe | |
Chinese Dressing | |
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced8 ounces "spring mix" mixed greens 6 ounces Chinese cellophane noodles, fried 6 ounces Mandarin oranges 4 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro 1 ounce green onions, sliced on the diagonal 2 ounces almonds, slivered 6 1/2 ounces Alder Market Sesame Spinach Dressing
Directions:
rinate chicken in about three ounces of dressing. Toss the noodles in about one-half ounce of dressing, then place on plate. Toss lettuce and cilantro in remaining dressing (be care not to overdress). Place on top of noodles. Arrange chicken slices and Mandarin oranges on top of lettuce mixture. Sprinkle salad with almonds and green onions and serve. |
