HAMBURGERS IN KETCHUP Recipe

Ingredients:
2 = lb. ground chuck
2 eggs
salt
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. bread crumbs
pepper

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Shape into hamburgers;
place in skillet and brown on both sides. Remove from pan,
drain off grease. Take 2 1/2 cups to 3 cups ketchup and 1 =
cups to 2 cups water and stir into skillet. Mixture shouldn't
be too thin; add ketchup or water, whichever is necessary.
Place hamburgers back into skillet. Cover; cook on low heat,
turning hamburgers frequently for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
