Swedish Meatballs Recipe

  Swedish Brunch

Ingredients:
egg
1/4 cup milk
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup dry cream of wheat
1/4 cup minced onion
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed
cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed
cream of mushroom soup
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
1 sprig fresh parsley, chopped,
for garnish

Directions:
Minutes. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
