SHRIMP BISQUE Recipe

  French Soup

Ingredients:
1 lb. shrimp, shelled (raw)
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery (fine)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can milk
2 c. rice, cooked
1 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
In large saucepan, melt butter; saute onions and celery.
When onions are tender, add shrimp. Shrimp will turn pink.
Add cream of celery soup, 1 can milk and 1/3 cup water. Bring
to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to
taste. Serve over rice.
