Guacamole Recipe

  Mexican Dips

Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
2 medium tomatoes
8 green onions finely chopped
1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. horseradish (if desired)

Directions:
Peel and pit avocados (save one pit) Peel tomatoes (if possible) and chop fine. Combine with remaining ingredients. Put 1 pit in center of guacamole to keep it from turning dark. Chill.
